WishList – The Sony 4K HDR Bravia X8500D

Since I wrote an article about the Sony a5000, a mirrorless camera, I would also like to talk about how I would like to view the photos that come from it. Yes, I can look at them through the viewfinder, my smartphone, my computer or even on my flat screen TV, but they will hardly do the shots justice if they can’t show the photos in all their glory. For the second half of my WishList post, here is the Sony x8500d 4K UHD HDR Android TV.

Dear, dear Nixi! You’ve grown so fast! Already able to stay standing up with some assistance, and often smiling! Continue to be the adorable, beautiful, intelligent, happy child that you are. My Health Advocacy Part 23

The first trimester is considered by many to be the most difficult, with the third trimester being less difficult only because there, it ramps up towards the last month instead of building up in the first month. In Hazel’s case, the hormones kicked in on the second month, with her being inexplicably angry at her sister, Jamie for a whole week. Must be why some people say Nixi looks like Jamie.

Jar Entry #65 – That Smile

Nixi is the perfect antidote for the fatigue of a long day. People say that your exhaustion disappears when you get home and see your baby after work. I thought it was only a story but I can now definitely say that it’s true. All of it.

Today, I attended the Feast Makati Legaspi, with my good friend Toh Relova speaking as the primary builder for the first time. The baton was recently passed to him by Randy Borromeo who is the regional builder in the Makati/Taguig area.

Later in 2014, Hazel’s friend, who will go unnamed of course, referred us to a doctor whose office is in Binondo, Manila, a.k.a. Chinatown. Knowing the traffic situation in Metro Manila, we scheduled our appointment on a Saturday morning. This will allow us to leave early and be accommodated quickly. And when we got to talk to the doctor, let’s call her Dr. S, we were given an interesting and unusual way to go about treating fertility.

Today, we celebrate Nixi’s seventh month! Yes, it’s been seven months since she was born and it’s milestone after milestone these days. She is developing quickly and her mind is becoming more and more active. What milestones you say? Let me count the ways:

Today after working on an early patient, I returned home so we could get ready. Today we were going to join Hazel’s Woodrose high school friends for lunch in Manam. Dol, Arlene, Lauren, Carlos, Rhea and her two daughters, and Audrey, Dol’s daughter, were going to join us there. You see, it was Dol’s birthday the other day, and she wanted to celebrate after her classes in AIM.
