WishList – The Sony 4K HDR Bravia X8500D

Like experiencing the entire world right outside your window.

Since I wrote an article about the Sony a5000, a mirrorless camera, I would also like to talk about how I would like to view the photos that come from it. Yes, I can look at them through the viewfinder, my smartphone, my computer or even on my flat screen TV, but they will hardly do the shots justice if they can’t show the photos in all their glory. For the second half of my WishList post, here is the Sony x8500d 4K UHD HDR Android TV. Continue reading “WishList – The Sony 4K HDR Bravia X8500D”

My Health Advocacy Part 23

The Journey to Childbirth Chapter Three

The first trimester is considered by many to be the most difficult, with the third trimester being less difficult only because there, it ramps up towards the last month instead of building up in the first month. The Journey to Pregnancy Chapter Twelve

“What?”

“Do you want to do the Spartan Program?”

The Journey to Pregnancy Chapter One.

The reason why I called this series of posts My Health Advocacy is because the events that I described shaped the knowledge and mindset I have concerning health and maintaining it. From proper nutrition, to exercise, to fertility and pregnancy, to supplements and their ilk, my interest in being healthy is an integral part of my being. Jar Entry #57 – Musical Interlude

Why a musical interlude? Because today, Hazel sang in the Maybank Performing Arts Theater in Bonifacio Global City. The song was Masterpiece by Sandi Patty and the concert was First Love. Please note that the video is currently uploading so I’ll be updating this post in a few hours. UPDATE: The video is ready for viewing! Continue reading “Jar Entry #57 – Musical Interlude”

Jar Entry #56 – My Health Advocacy Part 8

Dealing with a miscarriage is not an easy thing, particularly when you’re not emotionally or mentally prepared for it. We were reeling from the curveball that was thrown at us for several days. But we had to do what we had to do so we did our requisite consultation with Hazel’s OB-Gyne. What followed was difficult, expensive, and a bit harrowing.
